Had cake decorating class, sorry I'm a little late, posting. (gum paste flowers)

L: Tuna patty (stuck with just one today, not making the same mistake as yesterday. LOL)
S: ramekin bowl of fresh spinach with tomato with balsamic on top.
D: Homemade spaghetti (ramekin bowl) and a fork full of corn bread (yummy)

I really like it, I'm on course 4. It is a lot easier than I thought to make the flowers and to use fondant. Good thing I don't like cake, much, because we made one every couple of weeks in the first courses.
What is Mexican frying cheese pizza, sounds so good?
Do we have to post our WL, tomorrow for the exercise challenge, (I need to know if I HAVE to weigh myself, LOL)

The pizza is made with queso fresco, it's normally packaged in a round log. Cut 1 thin slice of the round log, and fry on both sides in a non-stick skillet. As the cheese melts use a spatula to flatten and spread the cheese, making sure to brown both sides. Top with any pizza toppings, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, banana peppers, etc. I usually omit the pizza sauce since that adds extra carbs, but I think it taste great either way.
