What are we eating, today??

I've found that when I find myself wanting to "snack" especially when renting a DVD, that eating a pomegranate (1/3) will help with those cravings.

Friday:
B; oatmeal
S: l/f cottage cheese with avocado
L: homemade turkey parm, made with eggplant
S: Greek yogurt (YUM)
D;green beans and 5 homemade meatballs
3 bottles of water
vitamins
How about you??

Before work out- Light Muscle Milk
B- greek yogurt & chopped walnuts
L- 2 scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, 2 slices bacon
D-Campbells Bean w/bacon soup, 5 crackers
S-sf jello, almond milk

My BFF used to always add ketchup to her eggs.
Tuna patties sound good, maybe I'll make those tomorrow!

OMG, someone else that likes ketchup on her eggs!!!!! I like the Heinz reduced.....

I like ketchup on just about anything..I would always eat ketchup with my steak growing up and my family said I ruined a great steak eating it with ketchup, lol. Heinz reduced sugar is what I use, it doesn't taste any different to me.
