Sorry I'm late posting, was running all over town.
What did you eat on Thursday?
B: Choc protein shake with 1/3 banana
S:
L: chicken parm made with eggplant
S:
D: more chicken parm and some sort of veggie (still haven't eaten dinner, ugggh)
3 bottles of water
vitamins
exercise

S: Pork Rinds
L: 3 oz hamburger and green beans
S: Small salad with a boiled egg
D: 2 3 oz hamburgers
Slacked on the water today..trying to chug some down before bed

Ha, I know! I did manage to switch it up today, so hopefully I can keep away from them for awhile.

Disclaimer: Thursday was awful...not so smart with choices.  My hubby is having gastric bypass on Monday.  Him going under for anything just makes me nervous.  I have been having a lot of bad dreams lately which is rare for me.  So of course the emotional eating with the need for a fill is putting a hurting on my weight loss. I feel like I cant even break it down between meals...I just ate all day.  Now that I look at it, I just want to cry...I never eat like this.

coffee
7oz cottage cheese and pineapple
6oz mini meatballs and sauce with shredded cheese
1/2 italian sub
1 slice of pizza
4oz edamame
fritos single bag 
8oz skim milk

I drank around 80oz of water

Ashley, good luck to your hubby!! It will be nice to have both of you on the "same page". I think you did really well, considering. I believe most of us still stress eat. At least you are aware of it. Let us know how he is doing, after!!
