back on track!!
been going thru a stall over the last 2 weeks-havent lost a pound mostly because of my choices to go out with co workers 2-3 times a week to have wings and drinks- and then theres the left over and the snacking at night and being a lazy bumm!!! The last thing i want to do is give up on this i really want to be successful with my weight loss. Been back on track since yesterday, and today im back to my excercise regimen!! Back to basics protein, water, vitamins & excercise..
Need you guys encouragement, I'm beating myself up for the last 2 weeks!!!!

Good for you! Now take that energy you've been wasting on beating yourself up and put it into everything you know you need to do to get that weight loss going again! That's an order!

Good for you for getting back to basics and not waiting till it got out of control like I did......now I am battling a big gain as opposed to a small one........there are many of us starting over and the best part of the band is that you can.
Some things that might help:
There is a new weight loss challenge starting tomorrow and Mari is now doing a "what are you eating" post that can be motivating to many people me included.......
I picked up my once again fat girl pants put them on, took accountability for my gain and are determined once again to get into my just right clothes........so you have two choices...get back on track (like you have) or continue down a patch that can only give you a weight gain......
So stop beating yourself up... that for me only ends up in a binge with the wrong foods.........and continue on the path you decided on yesterday..
