 Breakfast   1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese with fresh strawberries
lunch----1 slice pizza
snack-----low fat yogurt with fresh pineapple
dinner-- vegetable stirfry with chicken breast mixed with the veggies,( tomato, eggplant, broccli, yellow squash, onions, and red peppers, ) and Montrea spice added
snack----not sure yet, maybe popcorn

L 1/2 of Chicken salad with lettuce, black beans, corn and bbq sauce and ranch
S 1 cheese stick and 50 cal pretzels
D: rest of my lunch
S protein bar
