Today may be hard on some with all the super bowl parties. Just do the best you can do!!
BTW I was starving yesterday and had to fight those hunger demons! UGGGHH
B: Protein shake with f/f milk and 1/4 banana
S: cottage cheese with tomato and avocado slices
L: Tuna salad 4 oz
S: Asparagus spears (about 3)
D: 5 homemade meatballs with squash and tomatoes
Exercise 2x to make up for yesterday
3 bottles of water
How about you?
Oh, I finally made protein balls, I've had the recipe for YEARS, they are pretty good, sort of taste like a cookie. They are made from protein powder, natural peanut butter, and old fashioned oats.
 Mari  Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

b- Two eggs 2 slices of bacon-1 slice of Toast
s-protein shake with banana and 1tbs Peanut butter
Lunch- chobani yogurt 1/4c bare naked granola
d- 3 oz pork 1/2 sweet potato
may have a snack after half time
trying to limit snacks since I had my scale go up Saturday  for the first time since Surgery in July.
(stupid mixed nuts!)

VSG on 06/27/12
I had to work today so I was able to stay on plan pretty well

B: 1/4 cup Peanuts
L: Hamburger no bun with mayo
S: Carbmaster Yogurt, a few pepperoni slices
D: SF bbq chicken wings and cream cheese stuffed peppers
Slacking on the water today so far, 30 ozs so far, planning to get 64 ozs in before bed

Protein balls sound good, I will have to try those sometime.
