What are we eating, today??

B: 6 oz of corn chex (I was just really wanting some cereal) String cheese (cereal did not make me full, LOL)

S: small can of V-8
L: tuna salad 4 oz,
D: 3 oz of homemade taco salad, ground beef, lettuce, tomato 1/2 tsp low fat mayo
S: green beans with slivered almonds (I can't eat regular almonds but can eat these )
3 bottles of water
vitamins
(no exercise)
What about you??

B. eggs ff am. cheese/////L. Half Cobb salad//// Dinner..Rest of Cobb salad both with grilled chicken. at least 3 bottles of water. probalbly snack...laughing cow.and blueberries

 Breakfast:  piece of whole wheat toast and 2 slices turkey bacon

Lunch:  deli turkey and provolone cheese rolled up and grilled, half a banana

Dinner:  shredded beef salad

Snack:  carrots w/light ranch dressing to dip

Need to push the water today!

B: 2 cream cheese muffins
S: 1.75 oz of peanuts
L: Pepperoni slices and a cream cheese muffin
D: Bacon, lettuce, tomoato on an oopsie roll
Haven't been hungry today so probably won't have a snack
Slacking on my water so far, planning to drink at least 64 oz before bed

Oh, it has not been a on plan day....but need to post as to be accountable...

B: Protein shake

S: 1/2 apple, pistachios 1/2 cup w shells

L/D 1/2 serving of Chicken and steak fajitas w soft corn tortillas, guacomole and sour cream (Mexican resturant).

S: other half of fajita....no sc or guacomole though

Frosting from cupcake (Son's birthday).....my other son's birthday is tomorrow but I am not having upcakes :-)

On the other hand prior to getting back on plan I would have had a Margarita or two, chips and salsa and maybe fried ice cream..........so there is an improvement and I have always believed in moderation but not with a 17 pound weight gain............

L- samples at costco...hummus and pita chips, chicken sausage, carrot cake

before dinner- a beer

D- Taco salad made with fresh spinach

s-2 oz chedder cheese Muscle Milk Light Choc.
