I looked at the post that Mari did earlier but it seems like people are doing either protein shakes or eggs.  I have two small boys and a dog to take care of in the morning so I look for things to grab and go or something quick to make, take and eat later at work.  Im not tight in the morning although that might change after my next fill in March. lol    I try to do low carb but for while I was eating a Chobani yogurt or a banana with peanut butter because I was so tired of the eggs. Soooo...is anyone eating more than shakes or eggs??

I love cottage cheese with fruit, usually strawberries or a banana, mixed together, yum

I so protein shakes or protein bars.
It is easier and keeps me filled longer

Same breakfast evry day. 6 oz Greek yogurt  (Chobani, Fage, etc.)with 1/4 cup of homemade granola, or 1/4 cup fresh berries.

these are my 3 favorites.

1.  1 cup of plain Greek yogurt + 1 scoop whey protein powder + 2 -3 tbs oat bran.  Mixed together and leave for 1-2 minutes.  The oat bran fluffs up and it is like eating the consistency of cake batter..  This keeps me going for 3-4 hours" Amazing".

2.  1/3 cup Rolled Oats + 2/3 cup unsweetened Almond Milk + No sugar added applesauce + 2 tbs unsalted sunflower seeds

3.   Protein shake made with Whey protein powder + 1 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 cup of water + small handful of fresh baby spinach  = put in the blender and blend blend blend ( honestly you cannot taste the spinach at all)

#3 is a great pick me up after a cardio workout.

I try and eat like a King at breakfast, a Prince at lunch , and a pauper at Dinner.

I used to eat one egg, 1/2 slice turkey bacon and 1/2 slice whole grain bread, every dang, day. LOL Now I am soo sick of scrambled eggs, (I could cook this in less than 8 minutes)
I am having a "gassy stomach" problem and so had to revert back to shakes to get in my protein, for now.I hadn't had them in a long time.
Greek yogurt has 12 gm protein (well, the one I eat)
You can make an omelet, the night before and reheat.
Boiled egg
Some sort of quiche
Something, non breakfasty
Oatmeal
This is a good website, that has a lot of band friendly recipes (and other good info)
Good luck!

I have to share mine breakfast: I buy 32oz non fat plain yogurt and place one box of sugar free pudding mix in it. To change it up I use SF cheescake flavor, pistachio flavor or Banana Cream flavor. I then add 1/4 c  bare naked granola. It is yummy.
I have this every day during the week and on weekends I have eggs.

I fix this when my husband is really needing something sweet. I take the plain greek yogurt, sf banana pudding, sliced banana and a few vanilla wafers. I crumble 3 vanilla wafers in a bowl and add yogurt mixture on top.
We have also added crushed pinapple to the yogurt mixture. It is yummy and filling.
