B: protein shake with 1/4 banana mixed in (20 Gram protein)

L: Homemade chicken salad (about 4 oz)
S: 1/2 cup spinach
D: Homemade taco salad (no shell) about 5 oz
Maybe some Greek yogurt later if I get hungry
3 bottles of water
vitamins
How about you??

B: 1 hard boiled egg
S: SF Jello parfait
L: 2 chicken drumsticks and a small salad
S: 1 hard boiled egg
D: 3 oz hamburger and a few pork rinds
48 ozs of water so far

Snack;      Coffee with creamer
Lunch:      Homemade chicken salad, 1% cottage cheese, cucumber slices
Snack:      Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Dinner:     3 oz griled chuck, grilled veggies, cheese slice
Snack:      Decaf with creamer, small amt. of fiber cereal with 1/2 c milk
