Salads a slider food?

After posting this thread yesterday I did a search online and a lot of old OH posts came up regarding salads - slider or not?..........everyone was different - some could eat it for days on end by the cup full and others could not even touch it.

Maybe I should have done the thread what slides for you and what doesn't?  I know a lot typical foods that people call sliders like crackers or potato chips do not slide for me.

Oddly enough I was eating yogurt this morning and felt tight eating that.  I'm blaming my screaming headache on my band being tight today!

Its not really a slider food for me but I can definitely eat a lot more than a cup without getting full if there isnt much protein. I was told that, for us, it doesnt have much nutritional value so I try hard to stay away from it.

I love salads, but unless there's lots of protein on them, they don't satisfy for long.  I used to LOVE white meat chicken.  Now it sticks unless done in the crockpot.  I did find that I could eat boneless thigh meat pretty easily, and liked it better than I thought.  Gonna try some of that on a salad soon.
