  . . . for when your desired image(s) are too big for OH's avi specs (100 x 100 pixels).
Okay, let's walk you through this.

1. Put your digital pix onto your computer and decide which one you want as your avatar.

2. Go to www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/

3. Follow the steps there, setting the avatar size at 100 pixels.

4. Click on "resize."

5. In a second, you will be taken to a screen with 3 versions of your avatar. Right-click on the one or ones you want to save, then select "SAVE IMAGE AS" and save it to your computer.

6. Back on OH, near the top of every page, you will see MY OH. Hover over it and a menu will appear. Under SETTINGS, select MANAGE AVATAR.

7. Choose your file from shrinkpictures and upload it.

8. Ta-da!

What I did . . . and I'll do it again here with one of my own pics.

- went to OH photo album
- clicked on a pic, which brought it up
- single-clicked quickly on the pic. Pic turned purple.
- CTRL-C to copy
- went to your post, replied
- CTRL-V to paste
- et voila! C'est Lucy ici!

Open two tabs: one with the photo album and one with the post. Copy and paste the first one from the album tab to the post tab, then go back to the album tab, get the next pic and do it again.
