What are we eating, today??

We used to have a daily post on here where people would post their meals. Sort of like journaling, as many WL Dr's suggest. It also was a post I would look at before I had WLS to sort of see what bandsters ate on a regular basis. (And boy I could not believe they were only eating that little bit, LOL) So I'd like to start a post, to help myself journal what I'm eating and would like any and all who'd like to join in me.
B: protein shake with 1/4 banana mixed in, 1/4 cup cereal (I had eggs for 2 years and got so sick of them, I do not suggest cereal as a good meal)
S: small can V-8 juice
L: ramekin bowl of homemade chicken salad
S: broccoli
D: ramekin bowl of homemade chili
3 bottles of water (I need to drink more)
vitamins

I love to know what everyone else is eating on a daily basis...gives me other ideas on what to try.

B. protein shake, sometimes with banana.
if I wake up later, it's just coffee with skim
S. 6 oz low fat yogurt 80-100 calories only
L.  2-3 oz of ham or turkey, a few pickle slices and a 1/3 cup of skim cottage cheese
for all you sandwich lovers, I did find this flat bread round that are only 100 calories
I'll cut one in half and it's only 50 calories.  Sometimes I'll take one of those,
put  the ham or turkey on it, some fat free cheese and melt it under the broiler.
S.  maybe another yogurt of fat free pudding (60 calories)
D.  3 oz of chicken, usually with a 1/2cup fat free broth and a 1/2cup of roasted veggies.
sometimes I'll do a late night decaff tea with a splash of skim milk
I try to drink three bottles of water as well, but that doesn't always happen.

What a great day!    Went to have a slight unfill today.  My band got tighter on its own and it just got too uncomfortable.  How much better I feel to not gurgle when drinking and to stop burping!  I was just thinking of this post the other day....I am so glad you started it again.

B- a scrambled egg with a slice of Heidi Ann cheese

L-1/2 cup imitation crab salad

S- Aldi protein bar

D- sm salad
Marie Callender - chicken pot pie

64 oz. of SF fruit punch & water
maybe this will remind me to take my vitamins

Finally found a gym I love - 45 min workout

I hope I can finally have some success with this band.
