In need of some advice

I've also had little to no success with my band. I tried to explain to the surgeon before banding that I already was eating 1000 calories or less a day so there wasn't much to change there and that I couldn't exercise to speak of because of pain issues (like you) in my feet and back especially. He assured me that it would still halp me eat less without being so hungry. Well that was another big joke! I was hungry every day once the initial swelling went down and restriction was iffy. I've finally had mine emptied to try to avoid any further damage to my stomach and am holding my own so over eating waas never my issue.
If I were you I would seriously look at the gastric sleeve 1. because it's cheaper than the by pass and 2 has far fewer problems as a rule. Nothing is replumbed and you keep the important part of your stomach, it's just way smaller. I know of lots of bandster who have revised to it and done very well. If I can ever afford to revise I plan on doing the sleeve myself.

Not trying to be smart but If you have restriction and you are not losing weight what makes you think revising to RNY will "automatically" work? They are all tools and not magic wands, if you are not exercising and eating too many carbs NO WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY WILL WORK, RNY may help with a few pounds with non compliance with dumping and malabsoption, but if you like to be tortured with dumping to help you stay on track that may be something to look at, but many people regret dumping after years living with that misery and develop hypoglycemia.

There are no quick and easy ways to losing weight, the Sleeve IS restrictive ONLY and does the same thing the lap band does, I hear that in the first few months many people lose their appetite, but many don't, but after a year or so it comes back, and you if you are seeking a revision that will automatically drop weight I believe the DS may do that but the DS comes with very unpleasant side effects for life and a very rigorous daily vitamin regimen to stay alive forever, and that is not attractive to many people, to sum it up...there are no easy ways but to exercise and eat right and you don't need a revision for that.

You may want to invest in therapy and a personal trainer, that may be more healtheir for you than a revision.

Remember there are MANY revising to the band FROM RNY, since the pouch tends to stretch out after a few years, just read the boards and search for BOBs band over bypasses.

Good luck.
