How much protein is too much?

 my fitness said i don't eat enough. I am your weight and it says i should eat 1370 and 50-60 g of protein

I just found this online, for those who are curious (from a fitness website)

"The average person needs about .4 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Active individuals may require .6 grams. People that exercise frequently and at a high intensity – like myself – require about a gram per pound of body weight. Bodybuilders and athletes may require even more."

So in fact, me getting 120g protein a day at my weight and activity level is not "too much" at least according to this source.
