WHY???? HAVEN'T LOST WEIGHT!!!!!
Start writing everything down that you eat. Measure everything...how much cheese are you eating? It can add up without you realizing it. Are your eggs cooked with butter on a grill or in a separate pan without any additional fat? Can you eat egg whites instead?
I've been eating proteins such as chicken, ham and turkey being the main characters, then add veggies. But I either weigh or measure whatever I eat. Don't give up!
I did pick up this wonderful cookbook just for people who have had weight loss surgery...there are so many options!! It's called Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray. You'll love it. I highly recommend it. There is so much more out there than eggs, chilli and cheese!!
