with the myfitness pal you can count your calories and carbs and even track your protein amounts. I do way better on low carb, that first week of detox is tough. But I am ready to take it on! We can do this ladies!

I am with you! I just cut out sugar completely, next move is fake surgar, then I am cutting out pasta, then potatoes!
I am pregnant so I need some in there but no simple cabs! I figure if I cut one thing out a week at a time it will not trigger crazy cravings...well that is what I am hoping. I do eat too much fruit but I will cut that down also! I am going to make a calendar today!!!

Atkins is the bomb I am presently getting ready to have surgery and even though i know the phases with me lowering my carbs has helped me tremendously bread has always been a issue for me the other carbs i can work around. I also have started to drink alot of water too. My insurance requires me to lose 30 pounds before surgery and i am already at goal thanks to atkins i go for my last doctors visit this month and I must say I am very excited. I know that we all can make it if we stick together .Much success to you take care.

I've gained 22 lbs since September, so I'm in with you!  I need to prepare though by getting the stuff out and the right stuff in the house, which will take a couple of days.

Great ideas ladies.  Thanks for the posts.

2011 goal                                  It works if you work it!

Why no protein after 5pm? Did your doctor recommend this? Are you just not eating at all after 5pm or eating non-protein?

Highest Wt: 274 / LAP-Band Low: 180 / Sleeved at 233 / Goal: 160!
