Sometimes I am reading to get this thing taken out.... any advice?

I only have about 2.5 in my band now, not sure what it takes to make me feel better. I will talk to them and see what they think.
Last night was kind of the final straw, had chicken breast and broccoli for dinner, 6 hours after eating I was still burbing and finally had to go and lay on my stomach and pass the rest, took about a hour before I could fall asleep.

Even a tiny amount makes a diference! I had .2 removed from mine and went from gurgling water slowly to being able to chug water with no trouble!
Also, this may seem like an odd questions, but do you use a lot of artificial sweeteners?
I discovered a few years ago that most artificial sweeteners make me blow up like a freaking balloon with painful abdominal gas. Once I cut them out, things improved a LOT!
