January 19 , 1 Year LAP BAND Surgery Anniversary!
I AM A FEW DAYS EARLY, BUT I NEVER GET ON HERE MUCH ANYMORE... ALREADY A YEAR HAS WENT BY.. SO FAST!!..... I AM DOWN ANYWHERE FROM 177-179 POUNDS.... NEW PICS WILL POSTED LATER..I NO LONGER WEIGH MYSELF EVERY DAY..... I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES NOW .... GOING TO SEE A UROLOGIST THIS MONTH AND A ENDOCRINOLOGIST NEXT MONTH... I NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES BEFORE MY SURGERY..... (ALSO , HAD GALLBLADDER REMOVED THIS YEAR)..... NOT SURE IF ITS ALL RELATED TO LOOSING SO MUCH WEIGHT SO FAST OR NOT, BUT IT SURE IS A HUGE COINCIDENSE YOU MUST AGREE!!!... I DONT WORK OUT, I HAVENT FOR A VERY LONG TIME.. I HAVE 0- NONE ENERGY.... HOPEFULLY IT WILL CHANGE WHEN MY DR GETS ME ON MEDS. OR WHATEVER FOR MY CRAPPY THYROID... MY FAMILY DR SAYS ITS WORKING LIKE ITS HYPER. BUT MY SYMPTOMS SEEM MORE LIKE HYPO.... PLUS THERE IS A COLD SPOT... COULD BE CANCER MAYBE.. I HATE WAITING.. I WANT TO KNOW RIGHT NOW!!!... IM SO TIRED ALL THE TIME... WHICH IS TAKING AWAY THE WEIGHT LOSS EXCITEMENT. I HAD MORE ENERGY WHEN I WAS BIGGER... IRONIC ISNT IT? Im still glad I did the surgery though, I would do it again , no doubts about it~!

Congrats on your bandaniversary! Sorry to hear you are dealing with problems and hopefully they can find the root to your issues. Also make sure you are eating enough and your B12 levels are up to par, this can cause fatigue too if you are not getting enough nutrients.

Clear something up for me.......your Healthtracker says you are down 80 something pounds. You said you have lost 177-179? Is that a typo or did you lose prior to your lapband?
Without exercise, I think I would be very lethargic. I also take 500 mg of Vitamin B12 each morning.

YES THATS WHAT I MENT LADIES AND SORRY MY FIRST LETTER LOOKS SO SLOPPY WITH THE BIG FONT... .. TODAY IS MY ACTUAL ANNIVERSARY AND I CAME TO POST MY PIC BUT IT WONT LET ME DOWNSIZE IT.. GRRR...
