Constipation

Hello Everyone!
Quick question,
I had read here about some papaya pills that would relieve constipation but
i don't remember what they are called :/ or where i can find them. Oh, and I'm not
that sure that they were papaya either lol!
Please help :) 

i do benefiber every day, as well as a colace pill.  it's not fun...but neither was the episode of fecal impaction i had....

Thanks for your response! I'll try the benefiber... & see how it goes... Also besides the point..how did you get that little goal wight  thingy that appears with your comment?

 Papaya (also pineapple) enzyme tabs will help your stomach, but I've never known them to do anything for constipation. My go-to guy for that is Miralax.

ugh, I hope your find something that works for you! I just had my 3rd fill Tuesday and did two days liquids and 2 days mushies.. and omg.. the worse I suffered yet.
Milk of Magnesia works but you have to drink a full glass of water after it. Not recommend to try and do after eating or drinking... I was too full to drink a full glass it did not work.
I am going to have prune juice on had for the future!

That's what happened to me, every time i get a fill i suffer after but i just think of the rewards and try to bare through it..... it hasn't been this bad in a while tho, since right after surgery :( I'm having oatmeal for dinner so we'll see how that goes too!

I just went and bought some Magnesium Citrate.. I am still have issues!! ugh..makes me not want anymore fills or no more liquids.. lol
I am only going to use 1/4 of the bottle that should fix the problem I hope.
