chia seeds boost your metabolism
They don't expand very much so it won't hurt your band but the coolest thing about them is they make a gel when they get wet. So they thicken your food without carbs and calories. My other post about the girl that had the lower body lift she uses these seeds in alot of her food. Google Run for Cookies recipes. She puts them in her shakes and oatmeal. Have a great day girls!!!
