Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

You go girl!!!! I love hearing storys like yours!! Im so glad you found someone to truely love u!!! I had the lapband Nov 10, 2010 and Ive done really well!!! Ive went from an 18/20 to an amazing 8/10 and a 2x/3x shirt to a med/large...I love my band!!! Recently, Ive had alot of stressful issues and Ive leaned to alcohol!!!! BAD CHOICE!!! Ive regained around 10-15 pounds!!! yuck!!! so, I started over!!! Gotta get back on track!! However, liquor dont get stuck!!! lol...Your story made my day!!! Oh yeah, Im day 20 on not smoking!!! Thats a HUGE success for me!!! Keep up the good work and keep in touch!!! Its easier to lose if u have support friends!!! TTYS Joyce
