I really thought I'd jump right back on track after going berserk for about 3 weeks. What I've found is that I'm sorta sliding back a little more and more every day. I am definately going in a positive direction. Just gotta pull on those big girl panties, and tie it ALL back together.
1. Work on more water. (Easier when it's hotter. I tend to want coffee when it's cold)
2. Keep up my exercise and add more walking in addition to my Zumba classes.
3. Eat meals, DO NOT GRAZE!
4. Keep track of and plan my food.
5. Go to Support Group Meetings, and doctors appointments.
6. Get this completed within my year and a half of prepaid fills. Almost to my one year bandaversary.
