Hello OH Friends,
I have once again got off track and am trying to get motivated and positive and back on track. It is alot easier said than done. I could just kick myself in the butt for letting myself get to this point! But it is time for me to take control so move over fat girl this thinner sexier body is coming back! For those strugggling with the same thing, lets help one another with any advise or support to get through this! Have a Great 2012, and May God Bless You All:)

I know what you mean! I was so happy a year ago.  I wasn't the 'goal' weight for normal people, but I was happy and looked good at 215.   I maintained for 6 months and then....I went absolutely crazy. Over a 6 month period I gained back 40 lbs.  I stopped dieting, I stopped exercising. I was sick of it. I was sick of not being able to eat what I wanted, or feeling guilty for doing it.  Ugghhh!!!!!   So here I am...back on OH looking for support and guidance.  I have told myself over and over that this week will be the one. This will be the one where I find my willpower and get my a$$ in gear!  I was good for a day and then gave up.  I believe I have found my willpower now, I'm on day 2 and it's lookin good! lol  I WILL get myself back to where I need to be!  Good luck on getting yourself back on track.

It feels so good to  hear from others going through the same thing as I am and knowing they are willing to show support and encouragement. Let's all stay in touch, share our success and do this together my friends!

I hear ya! I went on a trip to Europe in Oct., then Thanksgiving, then Christmas. I am having the hardest time getting back on track. I put on 30 pounds in 3-4 months- crazy! I have decided to do shakes for 3 days and hopefully a kind of "detox" will get me back on track. I can't workout for another week and a half, had a boob job. Anway, nice to know I'm not alone. We can do this!

 For all of us that have slipped and are trying to jump back on....Yay for not giving up!!  We all know what it feels like to be smaller and how happy we were.  Now we just need to get our heads in the game.  I have been back on track since Wednesday and I am down 5 of the 50 I gained back.  It took quitting any kind of sugar cold turkey and moving my butt off the couch.

WE CAN DO THIS!!

Thanks Toni,and I totally agree I started this morning with protein shakes I think if we all stay in touch with one another and continue to encourage one another we can do this!

I think there is a lot of us desperatly trying to get back on track and find our motivation. I am trying the 5 day pouch test. It is a good detox method. Buy the time the 5 days is up I think I willl be ready to do the right thing and get this body moving! Good luck to everyone else. I know we can do this!

i would like to also  know what is the 5 day pouch test..I am also starting a liquid diet for a week or two plus adding exercising back in my routine.
