Poll and NSV....Contacts or Glasses?

Just curious to know what you think..if I really do look better without my glasses. I have only had to wear glasses since I turned 40. Suddenly, it seemed that pill manufacturers were making their print waaay smaller than normal on those directions that you HAVE to read to find the dosage. I've only had these current glasses for a year but lately I can't get a good focus on the tv screen sometimes. I look funny trying to see the tv looking throught the bottom on my bi-focals. I told the DH I want CONTACTS. We can afford it now that we are both working. I've never had contacts before. Any tips for me appreciated. I figure I need to get a new pair of glasses too since I might need them in the middle of the night or if I simply don't like dealing with contacts.

SO...vote yes or no is you think I look better without glasses

and read a little further down for my NSV.....

MY NSV is that the dress I am wearing was too small last month and now fits. Its a size "Large".
( Not extra-large or XXL ...but just simply "Large".

5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

Way to go on your NSV!!! I think you look fine either way. Do what is best for you, but I think you look younger without the glasses.

Poke your finger in your eye. Thats a no for glasses. This comment is from a person that wears contacts just to change eye color. That's my answer for what its worth. Remember though whatever you decide its all good. You make you beautiful.

Wow, what great pictures. I like both, but I too think you look younger without the glasses. If you are still doing 8 min in the morning, it is sure making a difference. You look great.

I plan on making the appt this month after some funds shake loose... To those who wear contacts, are disposable ones best? Someone recommended that I get weekly disposable ones.
