 So, here I am on day two of getting back on track and following the rules.  Doing alright, but really having some sugar withdrawals!

Hubby agreed to help me be accountable...could have been the result of him stepping on the scale himself!  He's always looked fit, but middle age has a way of creeping up on you!  

I went right back to following band rules...no drinking, protein first and portion control.  I won't lie, it hasn't been easy.  I am going to take it one day at a time though.

Hope all of you other folks getting back onthe wagon are hanging in there!

I'm taking it one day at a time too Toni.  I'm doing my protein, small portions, and exercising - so far, so good.  I have purged the house of 'goodies'.  I usually work at home, but I went into the office on Tues - (I've been disobeying all the rules for a long time) - my desk was FULL of junk food.  I purged it too!

Let me just say, reading this forum everyday is a big help.  We are not alone - WE CAN, WE WILL!!

 Yay for you!!  Hard to break the bad habits isn't it.  Clearing my pantry of junk was hard!

Hang tough, Toni --- another few days of sugar withdrawal and I bet the cravings really die down.
You can do this!!!!!!!!
