I am so happy to read your story. I have my surgery scheduled for this month and have told a few people about what I am doing and all I hear is how it did not work for their cousin...lol. I needed this today. I start my 2 week protein liquid diet in a few days and my surgery in 2 and half weeks. I want something that will change my life too. I know it is only a tool but certainly seems like a good one.

I can only speak from personal experience. The band can, and does, work. Not for everyone, but it works for a lot of people.

Good luck with your liquid diet (that is the hardest part!) and your surgery.

I remember you from when I first arrived here pre-op - and then as a new Bander!
