Band basics

1.  clean the pantry/fridge/house and kick the crappy carbs to the curb
2.  drink before your meals, and an hour afterwards --- not with or immediately after
3.  no liquid calories (except some skim milk if you want it) --- no more wine, soft drinks, whatevers
4.  protein with every meal (3 - 4 ounces of lean/solid protein with at least 2 meals a day)

I'll bet if you can do these things for 5 days straight that you will notice a difference in your attitude, your body and your scale.

Thanks for the reminders! 

1.  Checked off the list, double checked and triple checked...those nasty carbs are everywhere!

2.  Definitely working on this.

3.  I still haven't been tempted with soda or alcohol so that's a big 'ol plus.  Milk is my downfall...

4.  I need to get back in the habit of protein first...I've just slapped it on my plate with everything else.  Guess I will just have it alone and then go for veggies.
