I'm in some serious SUGAR ADDICT trouble!

 The problem is that although I lost 65 lbs since my band 1 year ago and I still CAN eat sweets with no problem~! Healthy foods give me trouble, get stuck, and make me sick...Crazy!!!
 
I do NOT want to gain the weight back. In fact, I want to reach my goal weight by the end of 2012.
I know the answer is to put down the refined sugar but I'm having a difficult time with it.
The holidays are over and I will be back to my routine tomorrow.
I just wanted to ask for help and see if anything worked well for you?

 I totally understand! I have lost 130lbs with the band I have so much trouble with meat an vegetables but I can eat cookies and cheetoes like crazy!! The solution for me is saying I paid 16,000 for this so I will not gain it back! I make my self eat good food (mostly) I take vitamins and drink protein drinks. It's hard but all things worth doing is hard!! Best wishes!

Just a word of caution.  You will always be able to eat sweets.  The only thing that works for me is to not have them at all.  I have no control.  Some can eat cookies in moderation.  I cannot and when I do indulge its twice as hard to stop.  For your own benefit, if you can control it leave it alone.  Try eating your healthier foods slower and that will help.  I speak from experience.  Fighting my way back to a smaller me.  Wish you the best.

 You literally saved be Z from eating a piece of cheese cake left over from holiday dinner.
I gave away most of the sweets, cookies, candies, yet i left the cheese cake cuz my partner enjoys it.
I call it "crack " cake....

When I had my band, I would frequently experience random tightening and would be unable to tolerate any healthy food, but slider foods would go down fine.

Have you considered a slight unfill? If you could tolerate dense protein, it may help you fill up on healthier foods.

 i am able to eat healthy foods, just super slowly. I don't want to unfill even slightly. I'm good ...just have to be patient with the healthy foods and slow down my chewing! Thanks!
