I want cookies so bad!
I am totally jonesing for cookies! Luckily, the cafeteria is in our other building & I do not have time to be running all over the place. But I WANT ONE! Christmas was very challenging for me this year & I over-imbibed (is that a word) on the cookies. Now I'm trying to stop the cookie craziness and it is killing me.
My loving DH got rid of all the sweets in the house to help me out. We passed them on to my mom who can eat them all and not gain an ounce.
How do I handle this without going completely crazy???
Where is my fairy godmother to take this craving away?

I feel your pain! I only had a couple of sugar cookies that I made (not much sugar in them).
I know if I start eating sweets I will be addicted again, Sweet to me is like alcohol to an alcoholic.
I can not have them. I hope you get back on track you have done great losing over 100 pounds.
Good luck and best wishes for a sugar free New Years

Me to. I want something sweet is does not make any sense. But I had to tell myself that I can do it. I did not go through all of that for nothing and that cookie will do nothing but keep the weight on me. and I really want to zip line next year. I want to set in a rollercoster seat with out any problems. Christmas was easy for me it just days after where all the food is just sitting the the frige and looking back at me. I had to stop fighting food and just look at it head on. Like when they had Christmas party at work I went down to the party got food and give it to someone else. I had to show myself that I could not let food win over me, but I had control of it. And you will be able to do the say with having that feeling about cookies.

I went on a cookie a day diet LOL!! I would go to target and get one big one to calm the craving and would in often times go to subway and buy 3 macadamia nut cookies and that turned into a almost daily thing and i even tried to justify it by saying well i didn't have my allotted amount of calories for today..The good thing is I didn't gain any weight from it and I went cold turkey 2 days ago before it gets out of control...I started the 17 day diet which I hear is really good for getting back on track .Hope this helps!!
