Lipo Anyone?

Hello!  I know I need to be more present on here.  I appreciate you all's help whenever I come back.  I would like some info before I save up and spend too much money on this!

I went to a doctor yesterday who offers a variety of services, one being liposuction.  I asked about it just for the heck of it thinking I probably couldn't do it.  I was told that I may be surprised that sometimes lipo tightens the skin to the point you don't need a tummy tuck.  I know I do have some hanging tissue (skin and fat), but I don't think it's bad enough to get approval from the insurance company for surgery.  After reading Seattle_Maui's blog the other day, I think I'm a Grade 1 because my skin doesn't cover my vagina or mons.  I only have a problem with getting an odor under there.

Has anyone had any lipo done and if so, did it tighten up your skin?
