End of year B*TCHFest: join in!

How many ccs do you have in your band?
I'm feeling ready to give up myself.

There is around 7.25 in there. It's the 10 cc band. This was actually my 17th fill. I gave up last Jan. after my 16th fill in 15 months. Finally decided to give it one more try. Well that was yet another big waste of time. :-(

Did you never get restriction also?

I have about that much in mine. Haven't had a fill in about 7 months. I have restriction, but I've slidden into slider foods that go down easy to satisfy my food craving. I can't eat much in the morning so I swill coffee with flavored creamer. I can eat crackers and cookies, pasta, tuna salad, cottage cheese, etc. At night, I have little restriction at all, but I can't eat meat unless its crock pot chicken or chilli.
I had a small un-fill and went back to over eating. Hamburgers, subs, etc. I think my issue is head hunger I can't stop. Ice cream and flavored coffee have been the bain of my existance when I want to eat but don't want to get stuck. Sorry for rambling. I'm just disgusted with myself and frustrated.

I think the tight in the morning thing can really contribute to the difficulties of the band. When it's too tight the beginning of the day, then when it's loose I think a lot of ppl tend to overeat since they are so hungry from not being able to get things down the beginning of the day.

Instead of the flavored coffee creamers, get the DaVinci sf syrups. 0 calories, and they have like 50 sf flavors. I don't really do coffee, but I use them all the time in protein drinks, sf pudding, oatmeal, and yogurt.

As far as the cravings......wish I had something helpful to throw at ya but that is my problem as well. It has been real out of control the last few months for me. It's hard to stay on a diet forever, and ever since I realized that the band was NOT working for me and prob. never would, that has been a major concern.

From what I have read on here and from the bandsters I've spoken with this seems to be a major problem. A lot of the healthier foods get stuck, so they end up eating slider foods. :-(

I am sick of people that believe they can steal other peoples belongings (my sons truck was stolen over the holiday) criminals YOU SUCK!

I get upset when I see people purchase something at the dollar store, get money back from state aid and and say IN FRONT OF GOD AN EVERYONE, as they hand it to someone, go get me cigarettes.. REALLY? and they look at me because my mouth has just dropped open.

I am sick of people thinking it is their God given right to smoke in a restaurant. Until it is outlawed I will continue to avoid places where smoking is permitted.

I do not believe people should be able to return anything WITHOUT A RECIEPT. Especially the day after Christmas.

I have zero tolerance for people who abuse animals. If the weatherman says bring your pets inside because temperatures are below normal, please do.

I am sick of getting things stuck on my front door. If I wanted that service, I would call you. Stop littering up my neighborhood.

I do not like putting away the Christmas decorations.... it means the holiday is over. That makes me sad, I love Christmas.
