Two year anniversary

I just wanted to take a moment and say how happy I am with BOB (Band Over Bypass) I have been at goal for one year and am loving life. I am currently wearing size 6 jeans and medium tops. Life is GOOD! Merry Christmas to everyone!

wow!!! you look great, how much have you lost??? How much saline do you have in your band???

REALIZE Band on 12/26/09

I have lost a total of 162 pounds. This includes the weight I started at with my Gastric Bypass. Since BOB and I became good friends I have lost 90 pounds. I still suffer from pigging out syndrome at Christmas, etc... but it is so easy to get right back on track. I started yesterday with my suger detox and so far so good. I currently have 4cc in my band. I have not had a fill for over a year.
