worst food mistake ever

My surgeon actually encourages eating bread that is not toasted, in tiny bites, including dinner rolls and biscuits. I have had no trouble until today, when I baked two of those biscuits that come individually frozen in zip lock bag so you can bake as few or as many as you like. Bad idea. I don't think I cooked them quite long enough for one thing, then I ate too fast, too big of bites. This turned into a big ball of dough in my pouch. I started to slime, then quickly "lost it". Never again!!!!!

That's kinda crazy since those are the kinds of foods we shouldn't be eating if we are trying to lose weight. I couldn't eat anything like that once I had over 3ccs in my band, got sick everytime no matter how small the bite. I rarely eat anything like that even with my band empty, to me they are empty calories, no protein and that's what I concentrate on is protein first then a few veggies. That fills me up.
