Had my 2 week check up
Congrats, now take your time with food i was very afraid to start eating and i was 6 weeks out!!! Some things like rice an dried food are a no-no for a lot of us!!! Good luck and u should really wait at least 6 weeks to start the gym i know you are very anxious but let your body heal and if u do start do not stress your body remember your are still healing...
