Not arrived yet and we leave home in about half an hour and not back for almost two weeks. Not a problem though. We all have our letter boxes in our front doors over here, so if it fits through the slot, it will be safe inside until I get back. If not, the postman will put a card through the door to tell me it has arrived and they will keep it for three weeks for me before returning to sender!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
