What do you think about the inverstion table and the band??  Do you think an inversion table can cause damage to your band somehow??

I have no idea what you are talking about. It sounds too much like math to me that its scary. K

Inversion tables help with back pains and help realien your spine.  The owners manual said not to use if you have a high hernia.....I was wondering about the band?!??!

Well, I wouldn't use it if you've eaten in the last 3 hours, that's for sure.

Banded 03/22/06  276/261/184 (highest/surgery/lowest)

Sleeved 07/11/2013  228/165 (surgery/current) (111lbs lost)

Those are suppose to be very good for your back, and I can see why they would be. I would bet one if it were not for the band.

I remember maybe 6mos.-1 yr. ago someone posted that they used it and were in serious pain. I don't think using one with the band would be a wise choice.
