What was your best tip for a successful lapband?
There are several things I've followed to the letter!
One is not drinking for 1 hour after my last bite.
2nd is to eat my protein first and stop with my soft stop.
3rd is to never allow my band to be too tight!
4th get regular adjustments - very tiny adjustments, but as often as needed.
5th record all of my intake!
6th IF I am hungry prior to 4 hours post meal, then it's time for a tiny fill.
