Papaya Enzymes IS what meat tenderizer is made from  I chew on those occassionally to help aid in food digestion

My Dr said try meat tenderizer, too. I have never done it. I do use very warm water, almost hot and sip, sip, sip and I've used the papaya enzymes. Hopefully you'll never have a stuck episode, just take small bites and chew chew chew, good luck on your upcoming surgery!
