another stuck episode
I had another stuck episode this morning. The worst one yet, and I have only had 2. The first one was on a bite of hoagie. Usually I have a cup (or 2) of coffee every morning and then have some greek yogurt for breakfast. Well today, I was out an about and I stopped at McDonalds and got a coffee and hashbrown. I got stuck on the hashbrown. Honestly? OMG, I know I chewed it and didn't have one of those moments after I swollow, (like oh **** this is gonna be bad). I didn't have one of those.
It hurt so bad, my God it almost felt like I had a ton of bricks on my chest and I couldn't burp or anything....It was bad.....
my belly feels so sore, like I had just been punched in the stomach....I don't understand why its happening? I can honestly 100% say that I really chewed and took small bites and everything...it just didn't like what I was eating I guess? Any advice??? (other then to stay away from hashbrowns!!!)

I also have had 2 stuck episodes too. The first one was on dry chicken (stupid me) and wasn't so bad, but Monday I popped a tater tot mindlessly and I was throwing that one little tater tot up for 45 minutes!! It was horrible! I should have known better because french fries, tater tots, hash browns all give me the "stuck feeling" and I should stay far away! Needless to say I was on liquids for 2 days and slowly added solid foods back.

Might be just the time of day? I can't eat anything in the morning and haven't been sble to since my first fill. If I get up about 7, i drink skinny lattes but nothing solid until about 10 or 11.

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
