(Heh ..just wondering how many hits the word "naked" adds). Excuse my silliness. I just wanted to share something I found in the grocery store today. In this 15oz drink, there's 30g of protein!
It tastes like a tropical smoothie and actually tastes pretty good.

5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

HW: 267lbs- size 22-24 LW:194lbs CW:198lbs Size 14-16

Good lord, look again. I've seen those in the store and put them back very quickly.

In that bottle (which is TWO servings), you are getting FOUR HUNDRED FORTY calories and FIFTY-SIX grams of sugar!!!

Yeah I saw the sugar so of course I won't be drinking these very often. I've cut the sugar out of just about every other damn thing so ...this is my treat. :)

I wanted some egg nog this year. Don't think I got any last year.I read the nutritional info on there.OMG! Tons of calories and sugar..........then I read the serving size. 4 oz.! Who drinks just 4 ozs.?!

I love the naked chocolate drink. It is really good and completely my "go to" meal when I am out and there is nothing I can eat. I'm allergic to gluten and have trouble eating a lot of times. The Naked brand is widly available and fills me up. I do drink the whole bottle and enjoy it!
