Breakfast:
1 whipped yogurt - 150 calories
2 slices of bacon - 80 calories
Lunch:
3 oz of Parmesan crusted Talipia - 150 calories
1 cup of mixed veggies soft broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with creamy sauce -60 calories
Dinner:
1 cup of Homemade Turkey Chili made with pinto beans with melted cheese and diced onions and low fat sour cream on top -320 calories
1 small piece of corn bread - 100 calories
Desert
1 ice cream sandwich - Weigh****chers - yummy - 150 calories
Beverages unlimited:
Water - 0 calories
Nestle diet tea - 0 calories
Exercise:
1 hour on the treadmill while listening to my favorite music
Total Calories planned for today = 1,010
Although this sounds like a lot, but with my band I get stuffed with each meal on about 1 -1/2 cups of food, I tend to eat more as my bands opens up during the day and I plan my meals according to my restriction level.
How do you plan to work your tool today?

Lunch: 3 oz. deli turkey on JJ Flatbread w/ laughing cow cheese wedge spread - 230 calories - 26 gms protein
Snack along the way somewhere - 1/4 cup of Blue Diamond almonds - 170 calories - 6 gms protein - 1/2 Honeycrisp apple - 60 calories
Dinner : 3 oz chicken breast w/ broccoli - 260 calories - 25 gms protein
I drink Arnold Palmer ZERO iced tea/lemonade blend and water throughout the day. Mostly the AP Zero with a lot of ice which dilutes it.

As far as exercise I'm feeling pretty crappy with a bad headache today, so exercise is going to be just getting through the day!!!

Sorry you are feeling bad today!!! But you are still doing pretty good, I like that you included total grams of protein, etc, I will do that tomorrow, but I am sure I will meet my daily 80 grams of protein for today. You are still doing great calorie wise!
