One Year Bandaversary!

It's been slow, but so much better than if I never had the band in the first place!

Thankfully, I am out of the plus sizes or women's sizes...

So happy, but still more to go... day by day!

It's true, I haven't had any "events" with my band, just slow weight loss... I guess that's healthier too!
