sending you a big hug!!!!

Now contact your Dr. immediately!!!  You are harming yourself and the band needs an unfill ASAP!!!  At this point until you see your dr, do not lay down to sleep!  Use a wedge or 6 pillows or a comfy chair!   You can choke!

I am so sorry to be this tough!!!  But I am hoping to save you a lot of damage!!  Keep us posted!

Yes, it has happened.  I never really needed a fill in my 4cc band and when I started to gain weight about 7 years out, I decided to get a fill.  Had to keep going back and forth because it was either really tight or not tight enough, so I'd spent many days violently vomiting/PB'ing.

I vomited exactly as you described and my doctor removed the fill and the symptoms disappeared.  I think the coffee ground effect is dried blood because of blood vessels bursting during the vomiting.

Do you feel your band may be too tight?

Yea... Cofffee ground vomit is blood.  Perhaps it happens when you lay day due to reflux, but it needs to be addressed ASAP....
