Yeah its been a yr...havent had any issues...Just lately my restriction is on and off...I take a few bites and Im ok...then all of a sudden Im sliming and throw up...This morning I had horrible stomach pain...above the belly button...super dizzy...and now I have a burning in the back of my throat...I just dont feel right :( I dont even want to fall asleep!

A burning in your throat after sleeping might be the sign of night time acid reflux. Together with being tight, IMO, you need to get this checked out.

But could it be some bug? Stomach pain below the band, dizziness, sore throat? And bands often feel tighter when we are unwell.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Lap Band on 12/28/10

I'm 11 months post surgery and was having the same types of issues. I couldn't eat a thing without the sliming and vomitting...YUK! Today I went to the doctor and he checked the pressure in the band (?) and felt it was still ok but he did an unfill so hopefully it will improve. I attributed the dizziness and pain from lack of nutrition cause I couldn't even get the protein shakes down. Hope your issues resolve.
