Belly Dancing
Well I haven't done it recently but took a class about 30 yrs. ago and it was lots of fun. Of course I didn't have near as much belly back then! I always found muscles I didn't know I had and there was some floor work that might be a bit difficult depending on how easy it is to get up and down. I found it to be lots of fun and it did work my muscles.
The gym I joined in March had two classes a week of belly dance. I love it. My abs are stronger than they ever have been. I really enjoyed the "dance class feel"- unlike a normal class, we have much more of a community. I've even performed in public and recently bought a beautiful costume. I'm, 5'2 and about 165. It has really helped me lose the last 20 pounds (along with other exercise classes). You don't have to show your belly, so don't worry about that!
