 Yes, I too believe that this forum should be supportive of bandsters in their best of times as well as their worse! I can only hope that I will not experience significant complications from the band, but, if that were to happen, I would hope that I would recieve support from others and not be blamed for my problems...unless of course I DID do something that I shouldn't have. I think most of the time people post with the best of intentions, but everyone interprets things differently and what someone may be posting as honest advice will be taken as such by one reader, and taken as an insult by another. That's why I hate to text, lol!

Maria, did you end up going shopping Black Friday? Score any deals?

Oh I didn't get much. I was just going to run to Walmart and Kmart a grab a few things. My husband had handed me $40 when I left the house, and I got half way to the store before I realized I left my cards on the coffee table...........and at that point it was almost 10 and the door buster deals ended at 11. So I just went to Walmart. Got a couple of the $8.88 fur throws with matching pillow. One for me and one for a gift. Then I got a few of the $2 DVD's they had for presents, and a cordless mouse. So the $40 was gone in like 10 minutes, lol.

But................I am about to go on Slickdeals.net and see what kind of Cyber Monday deals they have listed. I will be making up for my lack of BF shopping, lol. Although I do really have about 90% of my shopping already done.

I am a bargain shopper so I will also be hitting the stores the day after Christmas and getting presents for birthdays, and for next Christmas, as well as some Christmas decorations for next year as well.

Wasa wasn't exactly supportive either.

Yeah I know what you mean..........but I kinda think she was pushed into it. You and I both know how frustrating it is trying to inform ppl on here about the band. And it gets infuriating when you hear over and over again that *YOU'RE* lying. That *YOU* don't know what you're talking about. That the band could *NEVER* cause problems like that so *YOU* are obviously doing something wrong!!! It gets old after awhile. I would venture to guess that if you looked back to the beginning over her posting history, that you would find the average poster, asking about the average band complications..........WHO GOT BASHED! Now I'm not saying it's right.......but as for me, when I'm attacked..........I ATTACK BACK! And there were so many bandsters that made it personal! You come on here with an "I hate my band post b/c it has done this ______", and they came back with a "You're lying! You think you know more than my Dr. He knows what's best for me. He would not do bands if they did that. You just want attention. You are just made b/c you didn't lose weight with the band/You are just mad b/c you didn't lose it fast enough/You are just  mad b/c you don't want to diet/You just think you can get a band and the weight just comes off and you don't have to do anything. And my all time *favorite*...............YOU'RE SCARING THE NEWBIES!" Oh yeah, and those are some of the nicer things they posted!

So as I do admit her responses went too far at times. I also understand they reason WHY he had the attitude whe did. She was here trying to HELP ppl. It was NEVER appriciated. She was here a lot longer than me and I would love to know how many ppl she tried to warn about the band that blew her off.........or worse yet INSULTED HER after she tried to help them............that ended up having the very same band complications that she tried to warn them about!

As I often say..........."support" is NOT just telling ppl what they want to hear! Support is caring enough to be honest with them.

However this board is not like that anymore and it's unfair to keep slapping them across the face with what it used to be like. Both sides have been working really hard to create a truely supportive forum and to keep bringing up old history is not only aggravating to those that are making attempts at making this board fair and balanced, but it is unnecessary.

Lets leave the past in the past and move forward from here, and for those rare times when a Butt Weasel pops up her ignorant head and starts spouting off like a " douche-bag " then we can come out in full force ( both sides ) and shut the ignorant douche-bag down....

My stuck episode was pretty horrible I ate a piece of raw carrot and didnt chew well.I was hoping I would vomit but didnt .The pressure was pretty intense and i started sliming thick clear mucus it hurt  did shakes for a day,didnt really want to eat. and I havent even had a fill yet!! Tuesday is my 1st fill feel like Im ready for one now the first time I was scheduled they didnt think I needed one!!I havent done many carbsI hear rice bread and pasta is tough .Chicken breast is also pretty tough sometimes. When I got stuck Ihad 3 papaya enzymes and it seemed as if it really helped.

If your still losing weight and you are not starving all the time, then try and put that fill off for as long as you can.
