surgery in 4 days! nervous!

I am scheduled for gastric bypass on tues Nov. 29...four days from now! I could use some support...I'm getting nervous.

Thx so much for the encouragement. I am excited . Just super nervous and sick of this liquid diet. Getting some negative feedback from co- workers who I'm sure mean well but its not helping my nerves.

 Best wishes! Do you knw there is a bypass board? Most don't come on here so you would get more knowledgeable support from that board or the main board.

You should be nervous considering the very bad long term outcome of most bandsters! Take those 4 days to do more research! I would hate to see you end up in the same position that I, and so many other bandsters are in!!! :-(

To visit the other forums though, there is a link across the upper portion of the webpage that says forums. Hover over that and it will give u options of other forums to go to. You will probably want to visit the RNY and main forum. Revision forum is a good thing to take a look at before surgery also. It gives you an idea of what WLF types fail and have to revise to other WLS's. And also there is a local section so you can go on your state WLS forum as well.
