 Hi All,

PBing..in my head that used to be one of the horrible things that we can experience. I PBed the first time yesterday. You know what? The PBing was equal to sweet relief for me, the stuck period before was painful and nasty. Lesson learned- chew, chew, chew!
Happy Tuesday everybody :)

There's nothing like a stuck episode and PB to remind you of the importance of careful eating!

Indeed! I am lucky in that I have never been painfully stuck. I don't PB often but when I do it is slways very easy! Probkem sorted before  it is anything more than discomfort!

Christmas is a- coming! Beware the  mince pies. Several 1000 cals each, I reckon! Had to post that as mentionned them one previous year and all the Americans imagined meat pies and wondered what I was talking about!

Oh yes, I know exactly what you are talking about...

Minced Meat Pies - I had no idea they had so many calories.  My Mom and Uncle used to love them!!

Now that's the language difference!

Minced meat pie, savoury, made with minced beef.

Mince pies made with mincemeat ( one word) - heavily sugared, buttery dried vine fruits, often soaked in alcohol, in buttery short crust pastry, dusted with icing sugar.

Oh Evelyn,

I had my first episode today...I agree w/ the above posters, nothing like a stuck/PB episode to kick your hiney back to first base learning!  WHEW does that hurt and very uncomfortable...

I will forever chew my food to the point where I will burn more calories chewing then the food is worth!  LMAO!!!
