My Lap Band journey. I am so thankful that my journey has been so smooth. It makes me so sad for those who struggle with it. I am very grateful for the time I have succeeded with it and pray it continues.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

My family. My dh and I are at a really great place marriage wise. Our 3 kids are teens, doing well and our oldest is home from college for the week. I feel incredibly blessed

So many things but my 2 nieces and 2 nephews come to mind. I don't have kids of my own and they are just such a joy. I treasure every minute I spend with them. Can't wait to see them later this week, and then it will be Christmas before I know it. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
