Remembering Pepsi/Sue
I met Pepsi about three years ago while in New England. Lovely lady! She sent me her recipe for meat loaf ( much more of a US thing than a UK thing). I served it to friends who all loved it, took the recipe and in turn passed it on. As I copied it direct from my own recipe list, it was called Pepsi's Meat Loaf.
I told Sue that she was becoming famous in the UK and she thought it hilarious.
I got the recipe out today and rememberd her with sadness but a chuckle as well.

At first I thought she was a cranky whiner until I learned about all the health issues she had. Then I understood since I'm not that healthy myself and it sure can make you grumpy sometimes. I remember at Christmas her SS didn't send anything and she was so down, I PMd Bette to see if I could send her something but it had already been covered and then some. She had quite a battle, but at least now she is healthier than she could ever imagine and no more pain. God bless her!
